About Us

QTHON is a year round student run philanthropy event at Quinnipiac University that works to support the patients, families, and employees of Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. It has developed greatly in the past six years and it continues to grow as a major event at Quinnipiac each year. Dancers work hard to raise funds for the 10 hour event that will take place on February 24, 2018 and will be held in the Quinnipiac Recreation Center in Hamden, Connecticut.

QTHON is a tribute to the fight that children and families who seek services from Connecticut Children's Medical Center have to face on a daily basis. There are so many individuals that put their hearts and souls into this event to help make QTHON a success every year. These individuals are the ones who help support Connecticut Children's Medical Center and give the medical center and all of those who work there the ability to help all the children they do. QTHON has done a great job at bringing the Quinnipiac community together. One day we hope it can bring bigger communities together.
